		<description>Absolutely. If I hadn't ditched my first acoustic guitar, which was dirt cheap, I'd probably be a drummer now.
Of course, if you're seriously into acoustic guitar music then by all means, buy an acoustic guitar, but make sure it's a decent one and have a luthier sort it out so it's as playable as it can be.
At least if you decide you just can't crack it on guitar, you've got something other guitarists might be interested in buying from you.</description>

		<description>You make a very good point here about getting a guitar that is not difficult to play when you are learning. I have seen people buy some absolute shocking guitars, with actions so far off the neck that you could fit your arm under there almost.
